To Diet or Not To Diet, that is the question…
Summer is coming up and magazines are already setting up the “diet” tone with a bunch of articles on “How to lose 20 pounds” or “How to have a great butt”. We read those articles a thousand times and they always talk about the same thing. Most importantly is that none of what they say actually works.
Yes, you might lose some weight during those 3 weeks of diet, but you will then catch up all that weight as soon as your diet is over. Anyway, the perfect “common” diet doesn’t exist and the reason being that we are all different. My best advice would be to eat healthier rather than wanting so much to lose weight.
